Re-enrollment & Contribution Proposal Process for RETURNING families only.

(New families click HERE).

Re-enrollment forms and deposits are due by MARCH 10th to hold your spot(s). We welcome any questions you have, feel free to email or call Rebekah or Nicole.

STEP 1: Review the new fee structure-
While the new fee structure is still based on family income and offers flexibility, we have restructured the process of determining the recommended amount of contribution to be more clear and detailed. Also please keep in mind that we need to reach a slightly higher total amount for budgeted needs for next year. Please review the new fee structure HERE.

STEP 2: Re-Enrollment Form & Contribution Proposal-
After reviewing the new fee structure, please thoroughly review & completely fill out the Re-enrollment Form and Contribution Proposal Worksheet below. If you’re submitting an offer for more than one child, we ask that you submit separate worksheets (contribution proposal offers) for each. For second child, we recommend applying for the tier below the income-based recommendation, as a means of claiming a sibling discount. Be sure to hit SUBMIT when you are done.
*Wildwood is open 3 days a week starting the beginning of September through the 3rd week in May with breaks for holidays and spring break. Keep in mind that fees cover the cost of running the program for the whole year and although you may make monthly payments, we do not pro-rate partial months or when you are unable to attend.

STEP 3: Nonrefundable Deposit-
Pay one $200 Nonrefundable Deposit per family via personal check marked “deposit 2018-19.” If we are able to re-enroll your child(ren), this $200 will be applied toward your final month of the 2018/19 year. (let us know if you need to talk about this more)

STEP 4: Review and Discussion-
We will review all proposals to determine if the variety of contribution offers are enough to meet our basic expenses. If we find that we cannot re-enroll your child at the tier you desire, we will discuss this with you, and if we are unable to make it work, we will return your deposit and add you to a waiting list for your desired tier.
We work extremely hard to balance keeping Wildwood accessible to all families who are a good fit, regardless of means, while still paying the bills and sustaining a high quality program, and we are very open to discussion about individual situations. Please contact us if you have any questions at all about this process.
